![]() ![]() Setup & other possibly useful information: Once restarted, the user may be able to print fine for a random amount of time, but the lockup will happen again at any time. Lockups seem to be more consistent when printing to PDFs. If the user only closes the application, the applications will only lock up when asked to print. Most of the time when printing, any application that attempts to do this will lock up and force the user to restart the computer. I’m the only IT employee with this company that gets all hardware and software related issues not dealing with our proprietary system, thrown at.Ī co-worker has been having aggravating printing issues, that only within the past few months, has been brought to me. I’m an IT generalist with no specific knowledge, but by networking, got hired with a growing company.
